Monstrum – who was 16 at the time – killed her after making a sickening bet with his friends to kill her in exchange for a cooked breakfast.
More than a decade later, we can now reveal that Jessica has found love with his brother Jordan – causing a huge family rift.
The couple, who have two children, have been dating for at least six years and have shared pictures of themselves online celebrating their incredible love.
Jessica, now 27, confirmed: “I’m with Jordan, who is Josh’s brother and we have a family together.
“I have no contact with my mother.”
She added in a message online: “Happy birthday to my Jordi who gave me two beautiful babies, thank you for everything you always do for us. We love you to the moon and back twice.”
Jessica also said that Jordan, 28, comes from a “handsome” family.
She also praised the brothers’ mother, Hayley, despite her second son still being behind bars.
Jordan wrote in honor of his partner on Valentine’s Day last year: “Happy Valentine’s Day to the love of my life and the mother of our beautiful children.
Rebecca Aylward: Mum wants death penalty for Joshua Davies
“I am so happy to have you by my side in thick and thin and to call you my partner.
“I love you impossible girl.”
Joshua killed ex-girlfriend Rebecca after a nefarious bet.
The killer, now 30 years old, also discussed how he would “get rid of” Rebecca.
Two days before the attack in October 2010, the schoolboy told his teenage friends: “Maybe you owe me breakfast.”
The robber lured Rebecca into woods near Aberkenfig in south Wales, where he smashed her skull with a rock the size of a rugby ball.
Her body was found face down in the new clothes she had bought for their date.
The killer and the victim had known each other for years and had been dating for three months.
He tried to cover his tracks with a false alibi, insisting he was “cool” and watching Strictly Come Dancing at the time of her death.
Joshua’s sentence is shorter than Rebecca’s life – that’s an insult

But he could not explain a Facebook status update after the murder, which read: “Enjoyed a pretty good day and a nice breakfast.”
He blamed a friend for the murder, but in July 2011 he was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum sentence of 14 years.
Joshua is said to have later confessed to a parole officer, admitting: “I did it, no one else was involved. I am fully responsible.”
Rebecca and Jessica’s mother Sonia, 63, has long campaigned for Davies to remain locked up after he was given the maximum prison sentence, which expires next year.
Davies’ parents supported their son throughout the five-week trial.
And the parents of the killer and the victim are now the grandparents of the same two young children.
Speaking earlier, Sonia said: “Joshua’s sentence is shorter than Rebecca’s life – it’s an insult.
That cowardly monster planned to kill my beautiful daughter in the most horrible way possible. It should never be released
Sonia Aylward
“That cowardly monster planned to kill my beautiful daughter in the most horrible way possible. It should never be released. I can’t celebrate special occasions and I have an empty chair at the table because Rebecca should be here with us enjoying life.
“Joshua Davies has deprived us of watching our precious and perfect little girl develop into a successful young woman.
“We will never forgive him for tearing our world apart so brutally.
“She was a much loved daughter and sister.”
Sonia did not respond to The Sun’s requests for comment on her daughter’s relationship.
