Uncertain actress DomiNque Perry is accusing her former co-star Sarunas J. Jackson of abuse in new court documents filed in California Superior Court.
In the petition filed Tuesday, obtained by PEOPLE, Perry says she has “experienced emotional instability, intimidation, bullying, undue stress, mental and physical abuse, controlling and narcissistic behavior, all over the past 5-plus years from Sarunas and his family ”
The former colleagues have a daughter, five-year-old Zen Jackson. Sarunas is the older brother of Darius Jackson, who has a son with actress Keke Palmer. The NOT the actress recently accused Darius of domestic violence in a November 9 TRO request.
On Sept. 21, Perry (35) filed a petition to establish parental relationship, which Jackson opposed in a Nov. 16 filing.
PEOPLE reached out to attorneys for Perry and Jackson for comment, but they did not immediately respond.
“Sarunas and I have never been in a romantic relationship,” Perry said in her response on Tuesday.
In the documents, A deadly message the actress claimed that she was “regularly harassed and intimidated (brother Darius admitted and confirmed).. I was always nervous because I felt that the prosecutor and the family were never good enough for me.”

Perry added that during her co-parenting relationship with Zena’s father, she was “blamed that our daughter is on the autism spectrum.” She stated that during a “fierce” conversation in March 2020, Sarunas “became even more furious and grabbed me by the throat and started strangling me”.
According to the petition, Zen, who was 22 months old at the time, approached her parents and began to cry. Perry claimed he let her go to comfort their child.
“He was so angry that blood was coming out of his mouth where he bit his tongue,” Perry said.

“A few weeks later he showed up at my residence with scratches on his neck and face. I asked what happened and he said ‘he cornered his mum and they were fighting.’ Suffocation in his name is the norm. He is violent towards women,” Perry said.
In Jackson’s Nov. 16 statement, he reiterated Perry’s claims that they were never romantically involved. “Perry and I were never in a romantic relationship, but we were friends and colleagues.”
He also dismissed all the allegations of abuse made by the actress.
“It is not clear where the defendant’s allegations of emotional instability and intimidation come from,” his statement read. “My family and I always welcomed the defendant with open arms, inviting her to family events and showing her love and support in many ways. In turn, the respondent defamed my character to others, leading them to believe that I was an absentee father.”
Jackson, 33, claims Perry’s actions “made me fear the consequences for my career.” He added that he was also concerned about “the looming threat that she will seek court-ordered child support in excess of the amount we agreed to.”
This comes 19 days after Palmer, 30, was granted temporary sole custody of her 8-month-old son, who she shares with her ex-boyfriend. In legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Palmer filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Darius in Los Angeles. In the lawsuit, she detailed multiple allegations of physical abuse.
