The property, in Heywood, Gtr Manchester, has stables, a wrought-iron gate framed by two golden eagles and, for fans of Coronation Street, even has its own cobbled driveway.

Interior photos on real estate website Zoopla show Julie’s love of leopard print among the furnishings.

She and husband Scott Brand, 55, decided to sell amid Julie’s battle with dementia.

A friend of Julien’s released an update on the actress’ health earlier this year.

Speaking about the retired actress on the Conversation Street podcast, Mark said: “Julie lives the good life, she really does.

“She still loves leopard print, I’m happy to say.

“I see her at least once a week, sometimes twice a week, spend a few hours with her and have afternoon tea at her house, which I call Leopard Print Boulevard.

“She is quite happy, she goes out regularly.

“She’s good, she obviously has dementia as everyone knows, but it’s not right to say you have dementia, you live with dementia.
