SELF-CONFESSED sex addict Russell Brand has dated some of the most glamorous women in the world – and even married pop star Katy Perry.
The pair are believed to have met in 2009 and soon began dating in their whirlwind romance, tying the knot in a small ceremony in India in 2010.

But the romance was short-lived, the American singer and the British comedian divorced just 14 months later.
Katy Perry even revealed that Brand brutally ended their marriage to her via text message on New Year’s Eve – just minutes before she took the stage.
The moment Perry received the message was caught on camera and featured in her 2012 documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me.
In the documentary, the singer is seen shedding tears while dressed for the performance.
And the California Girls singer has since spoken openly about the split, saying she was “f***ed up” and “feels a lot of responsibility”.
Speaking to Vogue in 2013, the star said the initial romantic whirlwind was “magical”, adding that it was “hysterical”.
But she said Brand didn’t visit her on her tour at the time, adding: “Initially when I met him he wanted an equal, and I think a lot of times strong men want an equal, but then they get an equal and they’re like, I can’t bear with equality.
“He didn’t like the atmosphere of me being the boss on tour. It was really painful, and it was very controlling, which was upsetting.
– I felt a great responsibility that it ended.
She then added: “But then I found out the real truth, which I can’t necessarily reveal because I keep it locked away in my safe for rainy days.
“I let go and I said: This is not about me; this is beyond me. So I moved on from it.”
It is not clear what “truth” Katy Perry was referring to.
It comes after a bombshell report by The Times revealed that five women claimed Brand sexually assaulted them during his height of fame.
And the Channel 4 Dispatches documentary aired last night revealed that Brand allegedly assaulted victims between 2006 and 2013.
The comedian rejected all the accusations.
The first claimed that the comedian raped her against a wall in his home in Los Angeles.
According to the woman, Brand apologized to her when she texted him “When the girl [says] no, means no” after she was treated at a rape crisis centre, saying he was “very sorry” and would “make it up to her with love and kindness”.
Another claimed he forced her to perform oral sex until she choked when she was just 16 and had to punch him in the stomach to get him to stop.
Brand would have been 31 years old then.
Russell Brand’s denials in full
Hello, you are amazing.
This is not the usual type of video we do on this channel where we criticize, attack and undermine the news in all its depravity because in this story I am the news.
I received two extremely disturbing letters – a letter and an email.
One from a mainstream media TV company, one from a newspaper, lists a litany of extremely outrageous and aggressive attacks as well as some pretty stupid stuff – like my community festival should be stopped, so I shouldn’t be able to attack mainstream media narratives on this channel .
But amid this litany of stunning, rather baroque, attacks are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute. These accusations relate to when I was working in the mainstream – when I was in newspapers all the time, when I was in movies, and as I’ve written about extensively in my books, I was very, very promiscuous.
Now, during that time of promiscuity, the relationships I had were absolutely always consensual. I was always transparent about that then, almost too transparent. And now I’m transparent about it.
And when I see how that transparency has metastasized into something criminal that I absolutely deny, it makes me wonder if there is some other agenda at play?
Especially when we’ve seen coordinated media attacks before – like with Joe Rogan when he dared to take a drug that the mainstream media didn’t approve of and we’ve seen a series of headlines from outlets around the world using the same language.
I’m aware that you’ve been saying in the comments for a while now ‘Watch out Russell, they’re coming for you, you’ve come too close to the truth, Russell Brand didn’t kill himself’.
I know a year ago there was a flurry of ‘Russell Brand is a conspiracy theorist, the right wing of Russell Brand’ articles.
I am aware that the media are calling, sending letters to people I have known for years.
It was clear to me, or at least it seemed to me, that there was a serious and concerted plan to control these kinds of spaces and these kinds of voices, and I mean my voice along with your voice.
I don’t mind them using my books and my attitude to talk about my promiscuous consensual behavior in the past. What I seriously deny are these very very serious criminal charges.
It’s also worth mentioning that there are witnesses whose evidence directly contradicts the narratives these two mainstream media are trying to construct, clearly in what appears to me to be a coordinated attack
I don’t want to go into this any further because of the serious nature of the allegations, but I feel like I’m under attack and it’s clear they’re working very closely together
Obviously we’re going to look into this matter because it’s very, very serious. In the meantime, I want you to stay close, stay awake, but more importantly than all of that if you can, please stay free.
The girl, who has been given the pseudonym Alice, also claimed he called her “baby” during the three-month abusive relationship.
She claimed he asked her to save his name in her phone as “Carly” and sent a car to pick her up from school and drive her to his house, she even claimed the taxi driver begged her not to go inside.
A third alleged victim, who said she worked with Brando, claimed he sexually assaulted her before threatening legal action if she spoke out.
And the fourth woman accused him of sexually assaulting her, as well as emotionally and physically abusing her.
A fifth, Jordan Martin, previously wrote in a book about the alleged abuse she suffered in February 2007.
She claims he subjected her to emotional and sexual abuse and made her brush her teeth so hard that her gums bled.
The women don’t know each other and felt compelled to speak out because of Brando’s rise as an online influencer.
Brand denied all the allegations against him overnight, before they were published, characterizing them as “aggressive attacks”.
The actor posted a video on YouTube in which he said he “absolutely denies” the claims and that his previous relationships had “always been consensual”.
While admitting he was “promiscuous” at the height of his fame, he vehemently denied any criminal aspect to his behaviour.
