Isabella Strahan celebrates her 20th birthday and reflects on how much her life has changed in the past year.
Michael Strahan’s twin daughters, Isabella and Sophia, celebrated their birthdays on October 28 with a trip to Disneyland. Proud dad and Good morning America the co-host posted vacation photos on Instagram and shared a sweet honor with them.
“Happy birthday to my girls, @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan! I can’t believe how quickly 20 years have passed 😅,” wrote 52-year-old Strahan. “I loved celebrating at Disney and I want to celebrate many, many more of my loves!! I love you😘❤️”
Isabella also documented the trip with her family and friends, posting a video of the trip on TikTok and pairing it with Sexyy Red’s “It’s My Birthday.” She also reflected on how her birthday looks different this year compared to last year when she was just diagnosed with brain cancer.

In October 2023, Isabella was hospitalized and underwent emergency surgery to remove a large medulloblastoma — a type of malignant tumor — in the cerebellum. She spent her 19th birthday unconscious after surgery while her friends and family decorated her hospital room with balloons, flowers and birthday signs.
The model shared photos from that moment on her Instagram Stories, writing: “365 days since my life changed horribly. Thanks for the progress I made🩶”
After being diagnosed with cancer last year, Isabella underwent six weeks of radiation, four rounds of chemotherapy and three brain surgeries. She documented her entire health journey in her YouTube series.

On July 18, Isabella posted a vlog — titled “Goodbye Hospital” — announcing that she was officially cancer-free. At the time, she celebrated the milestone on Instagram, sharing photos of her cancer journey, including the moment she rang the hospital bell after finishing chemotherapy.
“After the craziest 8 months, I finally rang the bell. Grateful for my journey 🩶”, she wrote.
Strahan also praised his daughter for going through a difficult health journey.
“@isabellastrahan you are SUPERWOMAN! Ring the bell, finish the chemotherapy and go! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾,” he wrote. “You keep fighting with a smile on your face, strength and determination. I am one proud dad! I love you Bella ❤️❤️”
Meanwhile, Isabella has returned to school at the University of Southern California.
