Profession
After graduating in commerce, Ishpreet initially worked in the corporate sector for almost four years before becoming a full-time dancer. She met her current dance partner, Tejas Dhoke, in a dance class she attended shortly after quitting her corporate job. The dance duo soon began performing with a local dance group, which performed small shows to about 1,000 people. Gradually, Tejas and Ishpreet started dancing online by posting videos on YouTube regularly. In 2016, after their initial dance videos attracted nearly 400,000 viewers, the duo launched an online dance and fitness program called DanceFit Live. According to reports, their dance project is now recognized as one of the top dance YouTube channels and one of the best dance studios in India, with both dancers known for their unique choreographic skills.

According to Dang and Dhoke, dance covers of Punjabi and Bollywood songs and their signature choreography have helped them gain popularity in the industry. Eventually, Ishpreet and her partner Doc began organizing dance workshops and classes for budding dancers and students. In 2018, Nashik’s dance partners successfully invited singer Harrdy Sandhu for a dance collaboration to promote Sandhu’s latest song on Dancefit Live, and their collaboration video became a catalyst for popularity.
