The late Ivana Trump’s New York townhouse is still on the market more than two years after her death. The property was first listed in November 2022, four months after the businesswoman died aged 73 after falling down a flight of stairs at her home on July 14.
The initial asking price was $26.5 million. After nearly a year on the market, the price was reduced to $22.5 million in September 2023. A month later, the listing was pulled from the market, then relisted for a lower price in June 2024 for $19.5 million.

Ivana, who was married to Donald Trump from 1977 to 1992, moved into the townhouse shortly after their split. Very little has changed since she renovated the property in the 90s.

After Ivana’s death, the New York Medical Examiner’s Office found that she had suffered blunt force trauma to her torso from the fall. Officials pronounced her dead at the scene and ruled the incident an accident. The home, located in Manhattan’s Lennox Hill neighborhood, is jointly listed by J. Roger Erickson of Douglas Elliman and Adam D. Modlin of the Modlin Group.

The townhouse spans six floors and has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. Sumptuous finishes include a crystal chandelier, silk wallpaper and a golden fireplace in the second-floor living room.

The spacious primary suite occupies the entire third floor. From the bedroom, three French doors lead to a private outdoor terrace. The private bathroom is clad in pink onyx marble and includes a double sink and large bathtub.

On the other side of the bedroom is an office decorated with leopard print furniture and an onyx fireplace with gold accents. Next to the office is a walk-in closet. On the remaining floors, guest rooms overlook the stately homes on 64th Street. The impressive space also boasts a media room and sauna.

Ivana’s funeral mass was held in New York and was attended by her ex-husband and their three children: Donald Jr., 46; Ivanka, 43 and Eric, 40. Roses and 73 candles were displayed on the altar in honor of each year of her life.
After the Mass, she was laid to rest on a private lot at the Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, NJ, where the president-elect often spends time
