Jack Monroe Career
- Writing for the blog “A Girl Called Jack,” which was renamed “Cooking on a Bootstrap” in December 2015, Jack Monroe launches her writing career.
- She is a member of the Labour Party as well, and in October 2013 she starred in a Labour campaign film. However, in March 2015, she quit the party due to her disagreement with its stance on immigration, and she joined the Green Party of England and Wales instead.
