Jaffar Babu is an Indian journalist, editor and actor associated with the Telugu television industry. He is famous for hosting the popular show “Mukha-Mukhi”.

Jaafar Babu was born in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. He graduated in Journalism and Mass Communication. Jaffar is a reporter and input editor for TV9 channel. As a journalist, he produced a show called ‘Mukha Mukhi’ on TV9, the content of which went viral on social media. On the show, he interviews prominent figures in politics, entertainment and business. For this show, he received an award from Telugu Academy, Delhi.

He also appeared in shows such as Witness and Crime Factor, which gave a huge boost to his career. He made his film debut with the Tamil film Verenna Vendum (2001).
