Jamie Lee Curtis Says Lindsay Lohan Is in 'Mom Mode' with Baby Son Luai: 'She Just Loves It' (Exclusive)

Jamie Lee Curtis loves seeing Lindsay Lohan as a mom!

During the 2024 Children’s Hospital Los Angeles biennial gala on Saturday, Oct. 5, the actress, 65, spoke exclusively with PEOPLE about how she’ll be seen Fucking Friday costar in the newly revealed “mom mom” while filming the long-awaited sequel, Crazy Friday.

“The whole thing was fun, just from all angles,” Curtis says of reuniting with Lohan, 38 — who welcomed her first child, Luai, in 2023 with husband Bader Shammas.

Noting that Lohan is “always” in “mommy mode,” the Oscar winner continues, “She just loves it. It’s actually really hard to drag her out of mommy mode.”

Curtis, who is a mother of two herself, adds that Lohan did not bring her son to the shoot, although he and her husband “would pick her up from work almost every day.”

“Bader and Luai came and [would wait] for her in her trailer, and then they all go home together,” he explains.

“Anyone? Maybe my child,” Lohan replied. “Just to see—because he is, so pure and so happy, just to see life through his eyes, every day. He’s just this beautiful bundle of joy. I can’t think of anything else.”
