Jamie Lynn Spears Says She Thinks Sister Britney Would Be 'Worried' About Her Competing on I'm a Celebrity

“I think she probably checks on me a lot,” the ‘Zoey 101’ alum said of her older sister

Jamie Lynn Spears is getting candid about how she thinks her big sister Britney Spears is reacting to her time on the pageant I’m a celebrity…Get me out of here.During the last episode of the British reality television series, the Zoey 101 The alum, 32, told radio DJ Sam Thompson she believes Britney, 41, will “be worried” about her time in the Australian outback.

“I think he’s probably checking me out a lot,” Jamie Lynn explained. “I think she’s probably thinking, ‘Why would she do that?’ She asked me that before I came here, she said, ‘You’re really going to do that?’ I said, ‘I’m going to Australia and check.’ ”

“She’d probably be like, ‘You’re going to get the fuck out of here, right now!’ ” she added.

During the conversation, Jamie Lynn also called Britney a “good big sister,” adding, “I love her. Me and her fall apart. The world saw it. I’ve learned to stop talking about it publicly, but you know what, a family struggle. Listen, we we do that better than most.” As Thompson, 31, noted that “everyone has things they fight about all the time,” Jamie Lynn replied: “She and I both had a very complicated upbringing.” “We had very complicated circumstances and we both had to deal with them in different ways. Sometimes we lashed out at each other when maybe we shouldn’t have,” she continued. “… I was the only person in her life – and she can say this – I never took anything from her, you know? I’m the only person in her life that always said, ‘I just want to be your sister.’ ”

Jamie Lynn added: “We’ve just had a really weird life so we can’t explain it to a lot of people, but at the end of the day I know it’s my family, I love them.”

Jamie Lynn’s latest comments come after she broke her silence about her older sibling while speaking to TV presenter Fred Sirieix on a recently aired episode I’m a celebrity.At the time, Sieieix, 51, asked Jamie Lynn to recall her memories of Britney’s infamous kiss with Madonna at the 2003 MTV VMAs and explain how it came about, to which the actress said: “They just did it. I was watching at home like, ‘Oh OK, this is going to be fun at school tomorrow, I can’t wait.’ ”

Jamie Lynn then spoke about how she looked up to her sister since she was a child. “Everything my sister did I always thought was the best,” she said. “When it came to my sister, even if I felt anything, if anyone said anything, I was ready to leave. I said, ‘Don’t talk about my sister, she’s the best.’ ”
