Jana Kramer spoke about her “difficult” third pregnancy.
The country singer and podcast host, 39 — who is currently pregnant with her third child — spoke exclusively with PEOPLE at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Friday, when she got candid about the challenges she’s facing this time around during her pregnancy.
“Obviously, it was a little more difficult. I’m just a little older and this is my third child,” Kramer said. (She is currently expecting her first child with fiancé Allan Russell, and shares two children, daughter Jolie Rae and son Jace Joseph, with ex-husband Mike Caussina.)
“Things are a little different now, but it’s great,” she continued. “I am very blessed. I didn’t think this would be possible, so it’s a beautiful, beautiful thing.”
As for craving, One Tree Hill alum revealed, “I crave peaches and orange juice all the time. In the middle of the night I’ll go to the fridge and just open it. I don’t use a mug, unfortunately. I just drink orange juice straight from the bowl.”

Jana Kramer shows off her mid-pregnant baby bump: ‘I’m so excited to meet this little boy’
Kramer and her soccer ex-boyfriend, who is the father of a 16-year-old son, got engaged in May after six and a half months of dating.
A month later, they shared the exciting news about the baby exclusively with PEOPLE, and not long after, they revealed that they were expecting a boy.
The “I Got the Boy” singer has been married three times, and her divorce from Caussin, 36, made headlines after he was embroiled in numerous cheating scandals.
“I give people hope that you can have a happy ending,” Kramer told PEOPLE. “I remember two years ago I was in my bed and I said, ‘I’ll never be loved again, it’s over for me. Who will ever want me?’ ”
“I’m the happiest now and I have so much love in my life, and not just because of my fiance and my kids, but because I finally started loving myself and having that journey,” she added.
