The first bite is always the best!
Jars by Dani has just launched a new product called Bites for dessert lovers — even gluten-free or vegan eaters can satisfy their sweet tooth.
Each jar of Jars by Dani’s Bites contains 14 “perfect” samples of the brand’s signature jarred desserts. The new product, launched on May 1, retails for $28 and ships nationwide — making it the company’s most affordable offering yet.
There are four different Bites options: Dani’s Party Pack, which includes 14 different flavors of bites ranging from Nutella Chocolate Tiny to Lemon Bar; Sunshine Bunch, featuring vanilla-based flavors like strawberry shortcake and banana pudding; Gluten-Free Chocoholic, with gluten-free offerings such as salted caramel and rainbow cookie; and a vegan birthday cake.
Founder Dani Beckerman tells PEOPLE the new sweet treat was inspired by her “early days” running Jars by Dani. She used to personally deliver her orders all over New York and insisted on helping her customers grab that first bite: “I wanted to make sure you had all the layers.”

The bites are packaged in a reusable ice cube tray and a colorful box with the words “delicious decadent layer cakes”. Beckerman suggests repurposing the packaging after the product is consumed: “After you’re done, you can make your own ice cubes,” she says.

Beckerman started Jars by Dani more than 10 years ago in New York with her desserts in jars. It now sells them online in two sizes (4 oz. and 8 oz.) with different packaging options from six to 24 jars.

In addition to Jars, the company launched its ice cream cake selection in 2022 in honor of its 10th anniversary. Currently, the ice cream cakes are $69 per cake or $207 for a three-pack, and flavors include Biscoff Cookie, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cake Batter and Strawberry Shortcake.
