On Thursday, the reality TV star posted a selfie on her Instagram Story before her morning workout. “Ready to exercise! I’m starting the day well 💪”, she wrote over the photo.
Jennings has focused more on her health journey since the start of the new year — and has a strong support system in the process. Earlier this month, she shared a video of herself going for a run with her dad, Greg, as he praised her.
“ ‘There it is… JAZZZZ 2024’ – @gregory_scott_4 My dad is the BEST. So full of support and empathy,” she captioned the video. “Thank you for always being there for me. Now I just have to be consistent to reach my health goals!🩷🩷🩷 Baby steps💪”
Jennings has always shared aspects of her health journey on social media.
Back in 2021, the YouTuber opened up about her struggle with binge eating disorder after gaining “a significant amount of weight.” She posted several before and after photos, sharing that she has gained “almost 100 pounds in just under 2 years” as she holds herself accountable for the changes.
“As many of you have noticed, I’ve gained a lot of weight over the past few years,” she began her caption.

“I suffer from binge eating disorder, a disease where I’m not just addicted to food, I eat it in large quantities,” Jennings continued. “My binge eating, along with the increased appetite I feel due to some medications I take, has caused me to gain almost 100 lbs. in just under 2 years. I’m posting this photo because it’s time to address the weight gain and hold yourself accountable.”
Binge eating disorder is a “serious, life-threatening and treatable eating disorder” and is the most common eating disorder in the United States, according to the National Eating Disorders Association.
“I’m ready to change my ways; I’ve been saying I’m ready to turn over a new leaf, but now I’m running out of trees,” Jennings wrote at the time. “I’m ready to take the initiative and create positive changes when it comes to my health and body. I have a great support team, both professionals and family/friends, but at the end of the day, I have to be the main one dedicated to improving myself. I know I have the power in me to lose weight and I intend to share my progress with all of you. I love you all and thank you for understanding the battle I am fighting to win.”
