Jelly Roll’s Wife Bunnie XO Marks 1-Year Anniversary of Leaving Sex Work: ‘I Was So Scared to Let Go’

Jelly Roll’s wife, Bunnie XO, looks back on her time in the sex industry as she marks her one-year retirement.

Bunnie, 44, shut down her “spicy” page OnlyFans in March 2023 – and reflected on the anniversary in a post shared on Facebook on Tuesday.

“Awww a year ago I retired from SW [sex work] industry”, she wrote. “I was so afraid to leave that part of my life and leave the money I was making — I wasn’t sure how I was going to make up for that part of my job. But I had faith and God gave me and he made sure I came back 10 times 😭.”

The Stupid blonde The podcast host opened up about her history as an escort, and she and Jelly Roll, 39, opened up about how she was the breadwinner in their relationship before he succeeded.

Bunnie clarified her work schedule on Wednesday, as she said many fans were wondering how she retired from sex work last year when she and the “Save Me” singer have been married since 2016.

“I have always worked and earned my own money, and when I got married, JI refused to give up her independence and rely only on him,” she wrote. “And to be honest, he never asked me to. He knew how important it was to me to earn my own money. But I always said, ‘One day, honey, you won’t have to do that anymore.'”

Bunnie said she launched her own brand, Bunnie Xo, in 2018 using money she earned from sex work. Two years later, she stopped being an escort.

“2020 came and I retired from seeing clients and socializing and started my Onlyfans which has made me millions,” she wrote. “It was crazy how much money that site made me in such a short amount of time.”

By 2022, she said, her business with Bunnie Xo had taken off and she could no longer “justify that she still had that part of her life when the new brand I created had grown so much.”

Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo are coming to the CMA Awards in November 2022.

“I also didn’t want to be the only woman in the country music scene whose ass was on the internet. 🤣 But my husband never once asked me to give up anything in my life,” she wrote. “So I decided to retire and immerse myself 100% in the Bunnie Xo brand in 2023. The best decision I’ve made. The rest is history baby! 💋”

Jelly Roll previously opened up about the beginning of his relationship with Bunnie on Bert Kreischer’s podcast, explaining that he was living in a van and doing $100-a-night gigs when they met.

“I was dead broke, and she just loved me. And she really made money in the sex work industry,” he said. “Like, real money. I didn’t know it existed… I didn’t understand the concept… But I had no problem with it. It’s that top class that I’m great with.”
