Jennifer Affleck Sells Family Home in Utah After Mormon Wives' Scandalous First Season Premieres

Jennifer Affleck is officially on the move.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Women star and her family — husband Zac and their two children — have sold their home in Orem, Utah, PEOPLE can confirm.

The reality star couple sold the 2,985 sq.ft. home in late August 2024. Final sale prices are legally protected in Utah, but previous listings show the home was last listed for $700,000 in June.

Affleck’s representatives did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

At the end of the explosive first season of the reality series, Jennifer called co-star Jessi Ngatikaura with a shocking announcement.

“Jen called me and said, ‘I just wanted to tell you my side of things and what’s going on,'” Jessi revealed to co-star Demi Engemann, adding, “Jen told me she was leaving MomTok for Zac.”

“He doesn’t want her associated with us. I’m really sad that this is just a continuing pattern that isn’t getting any better.”

Earlier in the episode, the couple discussed the possibility of moving, with Jennifer suggesting a vacation before Zac starts a few more years of school.

“We also just found out that Zac got into medical school in New York, which was one of his top dream schools,” she said in the confessional. “Med schools are very hard on marriages, so I wonder if going to med school is worth it.”

Jennifer and Zac shared the news from New York on Instagram and TikTok on Sunday, September 15. In the video, they dub the song “Gotta Go My Own Way”, a duet by Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens in High school musical 2.

Over the video, he says, “We every time I tell him I want to go back to Utah.”

In the caption, Jennifer adds, “Are we moving or staying? Stay tuned to find out.. @secretlivesonhulu”
