Jennifer Aniston Trades Her Signature LBD for an LBJ (Little Black Jumpsuit) at 2024 Critics Choice Awards

Jennifer Aniston was looking for style and comfort at the 2024 Critics’ Choice Awards.

The actress, 54, who is nominated for best actress for her role in the Apple TV+ hit Morning show, hit the red carpet wearing a Dolce & Gabbana jumpsuit with a tailored feather-covered bust top paired with light-colored wool pants. She completed her look with a satin pleated belted belt and satin heels.

For sparkle, Aniston accessorized with De Beers jewels, including white gold diamond earrings, a pear-shaped diamond ring and a diamond cocktail ring.

Morning show leads the list of TV nominations with six nominations, including best series and best actress for Aniston’s co-star Reese Witherspoon.

Aniston ignited nostalgia for Friends fans at the 2024 Golden Globes earlier this month, when she stepped out with fresh, shoulder-length hair reminiscent of Rachel Greene’s famous ’90s hairstyle.

And although her long-time stylist and friend Chris McMillan did not reveal whether they were inspired by Aniston’s Friends days, fans quickly dubbed the look “Rachel 2.0.”

McMillan described the star’s collarbone-hitting blunt cut as “sexy, natural and effortless,” noting that he created “invisible layers” and styled the look using products from Aniston’s LolaVie line.

The actress kept her Golden Globes red carpet uniform — a chic black dress.

The star collaborated with stylist Ryan Hastings and Dolce & Gabbana on a custom strapless black dress with a micro-draped bra and beaded skirt in an “art nouveau pattern,” according to the luxury Italian brand.

Aniston’s signature style has also made its way to her on-screen role as news anchor Alex Levy on The Morning Show.

In season three, her character attends a glamorous party hosted by Valentino and the brand’s creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli (who makes a cameo!).

Alex arrives in a black one-shoulder dress with a dramatic slit that looks like something Aniston would actually wear. That’s because it is.

“Interesting – I brought a few dresses and while we were at the rehearsal, [Aniston] was like, ‘You know what I want to wear? I want to wear the dress I wore to the Golden Globes. I think Valentino designed it for me in 2010. I want that dress,’” one of the show’s costume designers, Debra Maguire, told PEOPLE last year.

“We went to Pierpaolo to see if it was possible, if they would do it for her – and they did,” Maguire added. “It’s really what she wanted to wear. It’s very Jen. It’s very Alex. It’s very everything. It’s very Valentino.”
