In September 2011, she created her own YouTube channel “Sherclop Pones”, which airs an abridged series titled Friendship is Witchcraft. An abridged series is a fan-made spoof series that combines footage from the original series with comedic voiceovers. Friendship is Witchcraft is based on the Canadian-American animated television series My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic (2010). Like most abridged series, Friendship is Witchcraft has faced copyright issues, resulting in its videos being blocked on YouTube. On August 14, 2016, she came to the spotlight for a video titled “Suicide Squad Sales Pitch” posted on her eponymous YouTube channel, in which she satirically reviews the American superhero film Suicide Squad (2016).
In 2017, she participated as a contestant in the Star Wars Movie Trivia Championship. On April 1, 2018, she became famous for a video titled “The Biggest Plot Hole in The Last Jedi”, in which she discovered a major error in the storyline of the movie Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2016). In order to correct the error, Nicholson started an online petition asking one of the movie’s characters, specifically Poe Dameron, to tell the DJ how weird his name is in the next Star Wars movie.
That same year, she began hosting her own show, Millennium Falcon, on Screen Junkies (owned and operated by Fandom). On Twitch, she streamed her video game Sonic Adventure while playing it, and later created her own website, which offered a paid subscription service with access to additional videos.

- She is a self-proclaimed spider fan. Her favorite stuffed toy as a child was a spider named “Spider-Man.”
- As a child she wanted to be an entomologist, studying insects. She gave up on the idea of a career in entomology when she visited the California Academy of Sciences and discovered an entire entomology hall filled with dead spiders.
- She usually records her videos in her room, which is filled with various stuffed animals and other nostalgic pop culture items.
