Jessica Biel has a new hairstyle ready for summer.
Just days after returning to the Met Gala after an 11-year hiatus, the 42-year-old actress debuted bleached blonde hair as she left her hotel in New York City on Wednesday (May 8). The star’s hair, which she partially hid under a baseball cap, appears to have been dyed a few shades lighter to an icy blonde shade.
Biel kept the rest of her look modest, wearing a black coat and trousers. She added a large black bag and large sunglasses.
On Monday, May 6 7. heaven alum appeared at the Met Gala in an elegant pink Tamara Ralph Couture gown with a plunging neckline and 3D striped coque feathers and crystals. A matching pink robe added drama to the look. Her sandy blonde hair was styled in tousled, light waves, and her makeup was simple and fresh.

However, the most dramatic element of her evening was the preparations. Before the event, Biel gave fans a peek into her getting ready process, which included soaking 20 pounds of epsom salts in a bath the night before.
“Really,” she said in a TikTok video as she showed herself pouring bath salt.

Two days later, she provided another behind-the-scenes look at her Met Gala preparations.
“Hey guys,” she said while taking a bite of food in a video shared on TikTok on Wednesday, May 8. “I was supposed to dress up for the Met, but I had to eat something.”
Biel explained that she was “hiding in the corner of my room” while members of her glam squad tried to make sure she got dressed on time.

“Everybody’s like, knocking on the door, ‘You’ve got to get dressed!'” the star said in the clip while munching on a salad.
“I’m just trying to tell you, bite first, eat first!” she continued.
She also shared a POV shot of her room, showing her pink dress spread across the bed.
Biel, who attended the lavish event without her husband, Justin Timberlake, last appeared at the 2013 Met Gala where the theme was “PUNK: Chaos to Couture.” She wore a black macrame and tulle Giambattista Valli dress with matching pants and patent leather loafers also by the designer. She accessorized with Fred Leighton diamonds and added a matching nose ring.

In 2012, the actress performed at the Met Gala with Timberlake, who was her fiancé at the time. The couple married in Italy five months later, in October 2012. Biel and Timberlake have two sons, Phineas, 3½, and Silas, 8½.
For the “Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations” themed event, Biel wore a pale pink strappy dress with green embroidery, while Timberlake opted for a classic black tuxedo.
