Jimmy Fallon Admits This 1 Thing Is His 'Biggest Fear' Tied to His Career

Comedian Jimmy Fallon took his biggest fears seriously.

“As a comedian, silence,” Fallon admitted. “The deafening silence is my biggest fear, the crying in front of the cameras that is happening now, my biggest fear. Probably my biggest fear is giving up in front of the American public, and I’m not doing that.”

“Everyone was so funny in that sketch,” Fallon told Evans, 38. “Christopher Walken wasn’t even speaking as a human being, he was doing an impression of himself.”

“I remember I had one line and just as I was about to give my line, Kattan and Will were improvising and pushing each other,” he said. “Kattan knocked Will’s sunglasses off and I could see the madman’s eyes and I started laughing, and that’s what got my reputation as the guy who laughs during all the skits. That was great, Debby Downer, I was a part of that skit. I was very firm about it until the end, time, time.”

“I remember we were doing SNL, and we’re doing Barry Gibb’s talk show, and we were about to go, about 20 seconds into the air, and he goes, ‘Hey, Jimmy, you remember, hit that harmony,’ and I go, ‘Yeah , I will,’ he shook my hand and said, ‘I’m serious, man, don’t forget to hit that harmony.’ And like to calm down, man, we’re dressed like the Bee Gees, and for a second I felt what it’s like to be Lance Bass,” Fallon joked, referring to Timberlake’s *NSYNC bandmate.
