Jimmy Fallon appreciates the sentimental — and hysterical — gift Emma Stone gave him during the pandemic.
During Poor people star appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon On Thursday, June 20, Fallon, 49, proudly showed Stone, 35, that he still keeps the friendship bracelet she made for him during the pandemic.
The jewelry was made of plastic beads with letters that spelled out a hysterical, simple message: “BRACELET FOR JIMMY.” It featured green heart-shaped accent beads and green, yellow and orange circle beads – plus stray blue beads.

Through laughter, La la country star explained why she started making friendship bracelets long before her friend Taylor Swift made them fashionable again with lyrics in a song on her 2022 album. Midnight.
“Remember COVID, where everybody had a hobby?” Stone asked the audience. “Where it was like, ‘I’m going to make sourdough.'”
“I was making bracelets, so, yeah, I had to send you one,” she shrugged at Fallon.
Showing the gift to the audience, the presenter pointed out that the plastic bag in which the bracelet was also signed and marked by Stone.

Although she helped Fallon pre-empt the friendship bracelet trend years before the Swifties started selling them on the Eras Tour, she’s had plenty of reasons to wear them on her wrists lately.
During the performance at The Graham Norton Show a few months ago, Stone revealed that she had watched the series three times.

Swift’s show was choreographed by dancer Mandy Moore, who also worked with Stone on La la country.
