Jimmy John’s Is Bringing Back Its Kickin’ Ranch Sauce — as a Soup

Jimmy John’s takes it up a notch!

The fast-food chain announced Tuesday, Jan. 7, that it’s bringing back its beloved Kickin’ Ranch sauce in a few different ways — including soup.

Now, Kickin’ Ranch “soup” doesn’t quite represent a soup dish. Instead, it’s a soup-sized, six-ounce container of spicy spice for those who just can’t get enough of it.

The chain jokes that the super-sized portion is ideal “for slurping, sipping or dipping.” For those who have a more restrained love for special ranch, it is also served as a side dish.

In addition to the soup, ranch lovers will be able to enjoy the sauce in the form of the new Kickin’ Ranch Chicken Wrap and Kickin’ Ranch Jimmy chips. The wrap is a permanent addition to the menu and features chicken, provolone, onion, lettuce, tomato, bell pepper and Kickin’ Ranch in a flour tortilla.

Meanwhile, the chips are available for a limited time. The distinctive crunchy bite is deliciously seasoned with the bold flavors of Kickin’ Ranch.

In honor of the condiment’s return, after it was removed from the menu in January 2024, the store will offer the dip as an addition to any sandwich or wrap at no additional change.

Jimmy John’s likes to keep its menu fresh. In October 2024, the chain introduced its limited edition Picklewich, which features the typical sub-ingredients sandwiched between a giant dill pickle instead of bread.

The creative offer was available in two different variants. One, the Vito Picklewich, had salami, capocollo, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, and oil and vinegar, while the other, The Turkey Picklewich, layered lettuce, tomato, and onion with turkey and provolone.
