The Board has directed all the Chief Education Officers to ensure that the selected candidates meet the eligibility requirements as per the rules of the scheme. According to the press release, the selection will be canceled if during the online verification process it is determined that the student does not meet the conditions for awarding the scholarship under the NMMS scheme.
