JNVST 2024: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) will close today – August 31 – for Class 6 admissions. Interested parents or students can fill the JNVST Class 6 2024 registration form in online mode at navodaya.gov.in, cbseitms . rcil.gov.in/nvs and cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs/Index/Registration.

They can also make corrections in the JNVST Class 6 application form by September 2, 2023. A maximum of 80 students are admitted to Class VI in each Vidyalaya through a selection test subject to the availability of suitable candidates. At least 75% of the seats in the district will be filled by provisionally selected students from the rural areas of the district.

Candidates can apply for JNVST admission in online mode by following the steps given below:

Step 2: Select the NVS Class 6 Registration link on the home page

Step 3: Register by entering the required information

Step 4: Sign in and fill out the application form and upload the documents

Step 4: Submit the application form to JNVST and pay the prescribed application fee

Step 5: Save the confirmation page and download it for future reference

Who meets the requirements for admission to the 6th grade of NVS in 2024?

Those studying in class 6 in the district can apply for JNV admission in the same district only. Only bona fide residents of the concerned district where Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is situated and studying class V in the same district can apply for admission.

Those seeking admission should not be born before May 1, 2012 and after July 31, 2014. Also, those who have passed Class 5 before the 2023-24 session or repeat are not allowed. They must submit a certificate of their parents’ orthodox residence in the document verification process after the provisional selection.
