Kainaz Motivala was born on Thursday, November 20, 1986, in Mumbai, Maharashtra (36 years; as of 2022). Her zodiac sign is Scorpio. When she was 15 years old, Kaynaz went to Germany as an exchange student and lived with a German family for a year. She graduated from Jai Hind College, Mumbai with a Bachelor of Mass Communication (BMM). She received an offer to study a master’s degree in journalism in London; however, she abandoned her plans.

While she was coordinating a makeup shoot for HAIR magazine, an assistant director of the film Paathshaala (2010) approached her to audition for a role in the film.
