Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey said goodbye to another of their family pets just over a month after announcing the death of their dog Kingy in February.
Both she and her partner, 41, shared a heartfelt tribute to their dog Blue on social media on Wednesday.
βπBLUEπ I cried harder for the loss of this beautiful creature than I have in a long time,β Based on a true story the actress, 38, started off with a post on Instagram, sharing several photos of the dog.
“We’ve had to put down three dogs in the last year and this one made me think,” Cuoco continued.
She added that she cried for Pelphrey because “the relationship he had with Blue was so special,” adding that “they were a real duo.”
In his lengthy post, Big Bang Theory alum recalled how he and Blue traveled across the country before “settling down as a family” in California. She also admitted that when she first got Blue, their first year with him “was rough to say the least.”

“He didn’t love me the way he loved Tom. I’ve never experienced this before,” he said Stewardess talent wrote.
“Tom was his and he didn’t want to share him,” she added of their special bond.
Cuoco explained that as time went on, Blue eventually came to his senses and realized they were a family unit, explaining that he was “protective of me and the rest of our puppy crew, always on guard.”

βI felt so safe at home alone with him and when someone came to the door I would put Blue on a leash and sit next to me. No one dared to mess with us!β Cuoco joked.
She concluded her message by saying that she can’t wait for Blue to meet Norman, Sasha, Kingy and Dumps again. “Oh what adventures you will have!πππππ,” she wrote.
Pelphrey also shared his sentiments.
“I had to say goodbye to my guy,” he said Love & Death the actor began his post.
He shared with his followers that Blue came into his life on Christmas Eve 2018 after being “rescued for over a year.” The dog was in and out of foster homes after being deemed “too aggressive.”
“I wasn’t sure if I would ever be able to have people in my apartment again β I didn’t care,” Pelphrey said of his decision to keep Blue.
The Ozark The alum said he wonders if, with all the traveling the two have spent together, Blue ever knew they had a real home.

“We were constantly in a new job and a new city. The only constant was that we were always together. CONSTANTLY. He was my home. And I was his.”
Pelphrey recalled how after meeting Cuoco, their family grew to include several small dogs β and Blue “was patient and loving with all of them” and “played with our little girl, Matilda.”
“My heart is broken. I am full of gratitude to God for every second with one of his angels. πππππππ,β Blue concluded his sweet confession.
