Kara Keough Bosworth welcomed the newest member of her family.

35-year-old daughter of The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Jeana Keough and husband Kyle Bosworth welcomed their fourth baby, a daughter, the couple announced Sunday on Instagram.

Daughter Stetson Lou Bosworth was born Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 5:43 p.m., weighing 8 lbs., 5 oz., “and rocking a full head of dark hair,” says the happy couple, who are also parents to son Vaughn Mack, 2. Decker’s daughter Kate, 7, and son McCoy Casey, who died six days after experiencing “shoulder dystocia and compressed umbilical cord” during the 2020 birth.

“The first thing I saw was McCoy’s sweet, chubby cheeks when we met our newest heaven-sent squish. She came screaming into our hearts and hasn’t stopped screaming ever since – earning @kyleboz the best nickname yet: ‘Squeal,'” the proud mom captioned it. “I hear daddy’s voice as he would say it, so I know it’s just properly.”

After thanking her birth team, Keough Bosworth also thanked “a lot of people [who] fervently prayed for this birth.”

“We are overwhelmed with gratitude that we got exactly what we prayed for: to bring our baby home,” she concluded. “If you need me, I’ll thank God and pinch myself, enjoying the magic of Lou Bosworth’s Stetson.”

The couple first shared their exciting baby news with fans in July, and Keough Bosworth reflected on her growing family as she penned a lengthy Instagram caption honoring her late son McCoy.

“After McCoy died, it helped me to share my grief with all of you,” she began. “Grieving out loud helped me name my feelings and face them. Like the monster under the bed, they felt less scary in the light of day.”

“Like maybe they couldn’t drag me down and eat me alive if I kept them well lit. So I hung my heart out for all to see, and I didn’t sweep any of the mud from under the damn carpets.”

“Y— the mat; I wanted to feel everything. And then, when I found out I was pregnant with Vaughn, I quietly unrolled all those mats. I covered every inch of my life with their insulating padding. I quit my job. I ignored the phone calls and messages,” she wrote.

After explaining her caution about her third pregnancy, Keough Bosworth explained that she’s taking a different approach this time around.

“We told the kids the day we got the positive test,” she revealed. “Decker tells anyone willing to listen that she’s the oldest of four children as she lovingly strokes my belly. She’s bursting with joy; she can’t wait to tell the world about Baby ‘Four’.”

“I’ve always pushed for Decker because of her, Vaughn, and McCoy. It SHOULD be a happy occasion for them to get another sibling. For me, there’s just a cautious reluctance to fully absorb the excitement.”

“But I cannot deny that it is right that those who have sat with us on our mournful pew should also have a place in our joyous swings,” wrote Keough Bosworth. “So, for that reason (and because Decker and her grandma @jeanakeough can’t keep a secret for s—), I’m proud and scared as hell to announce Baby Bosworth #4 — due in November,” she concluded. her inscription.
