He made his acting debut in 1995 in the TV series Swabhimaan aired on DD National. In 2001, he became a member of the boy band “A Band Of Boys” along with Siddharth Haldipur, Sherrin Varghese, Chintoo Bhosle and Sudhanshu Pandey.
The band announced its reunion with the remaining four members in 2018 when Sudhanshu Pandey left the band. Karan made his debut in 2002 with the song “Meri Neend Ud Gayi Hai” as a part of his boy band A Band Of Boys.
In 2004, he made his debut with the movie “Kiss Kisko”.
