Karanvir Bohra was born Manoj Bohra on August 28, 1982 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India (age 41; as of 2023). The famous television actor started his career at the age of 8 as a child artist in Tejaa (1990). Bohra became a household name for playing the role of the villain Prem Basu/Yudi in the popular TV series Kasautii Zindagii Kay on Star Plus. He is also known for his role as Dhruv in Ronnie Screwvala’s TV series Shararat- Thoda Jaadu, Thodi Nazaakat, which aired on Star Plus from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, he changed his name from Manoj Bohra to Karanvir Bohra. In addition to starring in various famous TV series, he also participates in dance and other reality shows. Karanvir Bohra is also appreciated for hosting many shows.

Karanvir Bohra was educated at GD Somani Memorial School, Mumbai. After completing his education, he chose science and attended Elphinstone College, Mumbai. He did not do well in academics or sports. After that, he chose to give up science and did a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. He started his career early.
