Karlie Kloss Can’t Live Without These Two Beauty Tools — Here’s Why (Exclusive)

Karlie Kloss has amazing skin, so when the mom of two boys spills the beauty products she loves, we listen.

“The first thing I do when I wake up is use a TheraFace mask,” says the 32-year-old supermodel. [Kloss is a brand ambassador for and an investor in Therabody, which creates TheraFace tools.] “It’s amazing because it combines LED lights with percussion [massage], so it’s perfect for if I’ve had a drink the night before or to get rid of red eyes. Just a second [with it] makes all the difference.”

Then she turns to another tool to take her facial massage game to the next level.

“I use TheraFace PRO, which is great for lymphatic drainage. I always keep mine in my bag and can sneak in whenever.” She adds: “I’ve always loved doing lymphatic drainage massage. Makeup artists taught me how to do it myself for years, but this makes it easier for me.”

The Koda With Klossy founder says her wellness routine has changed since having sons Levi, 2, and Elijah, 4 months.

“It’s not a 45-minute beauty routine anymore. I don’t have time for that. It’s like, what are the little things I can do with two minutes, four minutes? These tools help with that.”

She also simplified her exercises. “My philosophy became much more about strength,” she says. “So I do light weights and bodyweight exercises. I do so many exercises at home now.”

She adds that her diet has also changed since she became a mother.

“It’s a funny thing,” she says of parenthood. “It’s like, until you experience it, you don’t understand how much it really changes your life, and it changed my relationship with my body. I think now I’m doing everything I can to rest, recover and eat what’s going to fuel my body .”

She adds, “There’s a lot more intent for what’s restorative, as opposed to any kind of extreme restriction.”
