Kartik Aaryan is an Indian actor and model. He came into limelight for his role as ‘Rajat Mridul’ (Rajjo) in the romantic comedy ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’.

Kartik Tiwari was born on November 22, 1988 in a middle-class family in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, India (age 35 in 2023). He attended St. Paul’s School and Kiddy School in Gwalior. He has dreamed of becoming an actor since he was in tenth grade. After completing 11th standard, he moved to Delhi in search of a job.

Since there were fewer opportunities in Delhi compared to Mumbai, he moved to Mumbai and enrolled in DY Patil College in Navi Mumbai to pursue a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology. He chose that college so he could attend all the auditions in town, where attendance wasn’t an issue. He used to stay in a college dormitory every day and walk to town for auditions. Kartik started working as a model before venturing into films.

In an episode of Koffee With Karan Season 8, Ananya and Sara talked about dating Kartik Aaryan, who later expressed his views in an interview and advised not to discuss their relationship if things were not going well. He said,

Kartik made his acting debut in 2011 with Luv Ranjan’s Pyaar Ka Punchnama. The film did well at the box office and his performance in the film was also well received. He delivered a 5.29-minute monologue in the film, which was one of the longest sequences in a Bollywood film at the time.
He later appeared in Akaash Vani (2013) and Kaanchi: The Unbreakable (2014).
