Kate Beckinsale Dances in Sheer Embellished Dress and Sky-High Heels in New Video

Kate Beckinsale knows a thing or two about shaking tail feathers.

The 50-year-old actress showed off her smooth moves on her Instagram Story on Friday as she danced to Diddy’s classic “Shake Ya Tailfeather” wearing an eye-catching see-through ensemble.

In the clip, Beckinsale danced with friend Gabriella Morpeth as they listened to Nelly’s lyrics Bad boys II classic soundtrack. While Morpeth appropriately wore a light blue dress with feathers, Beckinsale wore a sheer dress with metallic embellishments, blue underwear and a sheer pair of high heels.

But even with the massive heels on her feet, there was no stopping Beckinsale as she showed off a few flawless flips. The two friends felt the beat throughout the video, with Morpeth even slapping her friend’s bottom for added effect.

“If you can’t get a few hunks despite your shared trauma, call on Nelly and maybe a few feathers and a bob could be your uncle,” Beckinsale wrote in the video.

The actress shared a few more photos with her friend, including one where she can be seen standing behind Morpeth buttoning up her dress, and another where the duo are poised to pose for the cameras.

Beckinsale also shared a professional shot of her in the dress and credited designer Afffair for giving her the see-through, sequined design, which she paired with a sequined bag as she stepped out in New York.

“I love the post vmas plant nursery 🌱🌿🌱”, she captioned the picture in which she posed in front of greenery.

Beckinsale wore the outfit to Diddy’s “Club Love” VMAs afterparty at The Ned on Tuesday, which came a week after she hit the Venice International Film Festival for more fashion-forward fun. The amfAR Gala Venezia co-chair chose a Georges Chakra Couture look at the festival, including a gold fringed kaftan, a gold bodysuit and some massive heels.

This past month wasn’t all about the temporary looks Beckinsale wore, as she also opted for permanent ink in August.

Following the June death of her cat Clive, Beckinsale debuted a new tattoo of a tiny human, located on the inside of her forearm surrounded by stars. A few weeks later, a cat’s eye tattoo followed on her shoulder, which she showed off on Instagram.

“How can a light that burned so brightly suddenly burn so dimly. I love you always,” Beckinsale captioned the ink image by Los Angeles tattoo artist Dr. Woo.
