Kathie Lee Gifford finally met her third grandchild!
On Friday the former Today The co-host, 70, shared on Instagram that her son Cody Gifford and daughter-in-law Erika Brown Gifford welcomed their newborn baby boy, Ford Matthew Gifford.
“Welcome to the Matthew Gifford family Ford. Thank you God for this beautiful blessing. Bubbe already loves you so much Ford ❤️”, she wrote in the description.
The couple are already parents to son Frankie, 18 months. On Thursday, Kathie Lee and Erika shared a video together on Instagram of the newborn with his father receiving kisses from his big brother.
“Want to see the look of pure joy? Frankie meets her new baby brother Ford for the first time and it’s love at first kiss,” Kathie Lee wrote in an Instagram caption.

“Introducing the newest love of our lives, Ford Matthew Gifford,” Erika wrote alongside an Instagram Reel showing the couple in the hospital before and after welcoming their second son. Throughout the video, Frankie can be seen in Erika’s video giggling and getting excited about the new addition.
I thank God immensely for another perfect ‘gift’, she joked. “Welcome to the world, sweet sweet son. 🤍”
Kathie Lee celebrated her third grandchild and commented on Erika’s post on Instagram: “I’m usually a wordsmith, but I’m completely speechless. #Thankful to God the creator of every good and perfect gift like these four.”

Kathie Lee spends all her live time with her grandchildren — including hanging out with Frankie on her birthday, wearing matching hats in the garden, enjoying the holidays and cuddling with him whenever she gets the chance.
She told PEOPLE that even when they can’t see each other, they still use technology to connect: “I FaceTime him every day and he’s a miracle.”

Earlier this year, Kathie Lee’s daughter, Cassidy Erin, gave birth to her son, Finn Thomas Wierda, on June 24, 2023. The proud grandmother shared the first photo holding her second grandchild a week later. “What a joy to spend sweet time with baby FINN,” she wrote. “I am the most blessed woman. It seems like! Happy 4th of July everyone.”
