And now that he’s back for the All Stars series, the newly single, glamor model is back in love.
Anton’s mom, Sherie Ann, made the most of the opportunity, even inviting Katie on her Instagram Live.
She explained to Glasgow’s Go Radio yesterday: “The last time I was involved with Anton, it was in the papers that Anton and Tommy liked Katie Price.
“Anyway, when he went to the beach hut this time, they asked him who he kind of liked and he just said Katie Price.
“I called her and said, ‘Hello, this is Anton’s mom, I have little Live here, do you want to come?’
“‘Absolutely,’ she says, ‘you’re like a boy, actually, I’m single, Sherie Ann.’
“I said, ‘Are you a piece of shit? You’ve got too much baggage for my boyfriend!'”
An insider previously told us: “Katie is the biggest fan of Love Island – a few years ago she liked Chris Hughes and now she has her eye on Anton and Tommy.”
The source added: “She’s not nervous about Danny [Williams] and can’t understand why the two women are fighting over him – but he’s looking forward to meeting all the boys.”
Anton was known for being repeatedly rejected by female contestants when he first appeared on the show – and it seems to be a similar story this time around.
Katie, meanwhile, announced in a defiant New Year’s post on social media that she was splitting from her fiance Carl Woods.
She has since been dating John Joe Slater, 31, from the latest series of MAFS UK.
