Katie, 46, basked in the 31C heat as a judge at the High Court in London ordered her detained for missing a bankruptcy hearing on Tuesday.
The Sun found her in a luxury hotel in Istanbul on Sunday, where she was lounging after having a face lift in the city a few days ago.
Katie hid under a towel keeping silent as she sat next to her boyfriend JJ Slater.
Our journalist asked her why she did not come to court; did she agree with the judge who said she had “no real excuse” for missing the court hearing and was she afraid she would be arrested when she returned home.
But she did not answer any of our questions.
The mother of five children was followed in the hotel by a photographer who took photos while she posed in a bikini.
She was seen lying on a lounger, vape, taking selfies, swimming in the pool and applying sunscreen.
She spent almost a week at a five-star resort for £133 a night.
Rooms have ocean views with amenities including a full-service spa, an event ballroom, a gym and an on-site hair salon.

Katie flew from the UK to Istanbul on a British Airways plane just hours before she was due in court last Tuesday – and the trip is believed to have been booked for “weeks and weeks”.
Now she fears that the police will handcuff her and throw her off the plane upon her return.
A source told The Sun on Sunday: “Katie is worried about what will happen when she returns to the UK.
“Obviously, he’s hoping that it won’t end up in detention and that he can voluntarily correct it.
“He prays that the police will show some leniency.

“Katie has been planning this trip for weeks knowing when she needs to be in court.
“She thought it might be heard in her absence as a speeding charge and only realized the seriousness of missing it when she read the articles about her arrest warrant while sitting by the pool.
“It was a shock and she immediately thought she could do it OK.”
Fugitive Price is also making a documentary about corrective procedures and cosmetic surgery during a “working holiday” in Turkey.
In a previous statement on Instagram, she wrote: “I have cooperated and continue to cooperate with the relevant people on the issues that will be resolved after my return from work.”
Katie added: “I have to get on with my work to satisfy these bankruptcy orders, which is all I’m trying to do at the moment.
“However, I am not running away from things and will continue to take them very seriously.
“I’m doing the best I can to make things right in extremely difficult times.”
It comes as Katie was ordered by a court to raise a staggering £25,000 immediately after being declared bankrupt twice.

She postponed her bankruptcy court date earlier this week – instead opting to jet off on holiday to Turkey with her new man.
Judge Catherine Burton said Katie had so far failed to make court-ordered payments.
She was previously ordered to pay a lump sum of £25,000, followed by monthly installments of £12,500.
Judge Burton said: “They were given no funds or explanation. She agreed to pay and she didn’t.
“She remains immediately liable to pay £25,000.”
Katie has been ordered to give up her huge car collection after failing to pay creditors in a bid to reduce some of her debts.
Katie’s drive is currently followed by a Volkswagen Beetle, a Nissan Elgrand, a black Range Rover Vogue, a pink Suzuki Vitara and an Infiniti FX50 – totaling a whopping £280,000.
Meanwhile, we told how Katie flew to Turkey with boyfriend JJ Slater and friend Lou Anderson to get some more work done.
She underwent £10,000 eye and chin surgery in Istanbul after her usual surgeon refused to do the work for her.
The former I’m A Celeb alum has even vowed to extend her holiday despite the arrest warrant, a bold move.
At a court hearing earlier this week, Judge Catherine Barton said: “In my view, it is necessary for the court to issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.
“She has no real excuse for not coming to today’s hearing.”
Katie is struggling with an unpaid tax bill of £760,000 after going bankrupt for the second time in March.
In April, The Sun exclusively revealed how Katie took a detour from a bankruptcy hearing to holiday in Ayia Napa with beau JJ Slater, as the pair professed their love with a set of matching tattoos.
We previously said she owed £142,405 and £196,735 for the 2020-21 tax years. and 2021-2022, plus £140,000 VAT.
Meanwhile, this week, Katie released a statement on social media, insisting she is “fully aware of the gravity of her current personal financial situation”.
Insisting that she was in Turkey filming a documentary about corrective surgery, Katie added: “I have and continue to work with the relevant people on issues that will be dealt with after I return from work.”
