The star of the reality TV program risked soaking the seams as she sunbathed and accompanied her eldest child Harvey, 21, for a swim.
At one point, mom wrapped a white towel around her head to protect the stitches around her hair.
Careful not to slip, Katie sat down on the pool steps.
The 46-year-old star wore a floral bikini and showed off her tattooed stomach and curves, after also having her 17th breast operation.
It comes as the former glamor model is yet to leave Turkey after a warrant was issued for her arrest.
She was due to appear before a judge last week as part of her £760,000 bankruptcy battle.
But Katie failed to turn up for her hearing and The Sun revealed she had instead flown to Turkey to do more work.
Judge Catherine Burton said: “In my view it is necessary for the court to issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.
“She has no real excuse for not coming to today’s hearing.”
Katie faced more drama in Turkey when bombshell text messages between her and her sister Sophie were leaked.

Private messages revealed she cheated on her then fiance Carl Woods with a sportsman – only to pass out the next day.
Carl told The Sun last month he was ‘devastated’ by Katie’s actions, which he says took place in August 2022.
He claims Katie spent the night with the athlete – who is a friend of Prince Harry and Prince William – and denied claims in her book that he was the one who cheated.
Carl told The Sun: “You start to hate yourself. I couldn’t tell anyone about it because I looked so stupid. I couldn’t talk to friends, family about it, nobody. So you start hating yourself.
“I remember waking up next to her and immediately hating myself because I’d think I bet she was with that guy…
“You end up building anger on yourself while trying to forgive and work it out.”

1998 – Katie underwent her first breast augmentation, changing her from a natural B cup to a C cup. She also had her first liposuction
1999 – Katie had two more breast jobs that same year, one that took her from a C to a D and then to an F
2006 – Katie went under the knife to get her breasts up to a G cup
2007 – Katie had a rhinoplasty and veneers on her teeth
2008 – Katie stunned fans by reducing her breasts from an F cup to a C cup
2011 – Returning to an F cup, Katie also underwent body contouring and cheek and lip fillers
2014/5 – After a nasty infection, Katie has her breast implants removed
2016 – Opting for bigger breasts again, Katie had another set of implants, along with implants, botox and lip fillers
2017 – After the disastrous ‘threading’ facelift, Katie had the veneers replaced. She also had her eighth breast surgery which took her to the GG Cup
2018 – Katie went under the knife again for a facelift
2019 – After flying to Turkey, Katie had a face lift, eye and lid lift, Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck
2020 – Katie has her 12th breast job in Belgium to correct botched surgery and a new set of veneers
2021 – In a complete overhaul of the body, it is decided to lift the eyes and lips, liposuction under the chin, fat injection into the buttocks and liposuction of the whole body
2022 – Katie undergoes another brow and eye lift – and undergoes Belgium’s ‘biggest’ breast lift, her 16th in total.
2023 – Opting for a second rhinoplasty, Katie also gets a lip lift at the same time, as well as a new lip filler throughout the year
