Kelly Ripa Bares Her Briefs in Sheer Gown at 2024 Oscars with Mark Consuelos: ‘Mom and Dad Storming the Carpet’

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos perfected their red carpet couple style — and it was on full display at the 2024 Oscars!

The Living with Kelly and Mark stars arrived at the 96th Academy Awards on Sunday in all-black looks, Consuelos, 52, in a classic suit and bow tie, while Ripa, 53, turned heads in a short, bare, semi-sheer dress.

Ripa – styled by Audrey Slater-Spiegel – rocked a strapless black Jason Wu speckled gown with a long train, which she showed off in full in an Instagram post.

The TV personality showed off the see-through train in a photo of herself and Consuelos on the red carpet steps, captioning it: “Mommy and daddy storming the red carpet.”

She paired the dress with a sparkling Jennifer Fisher necklace and more Stephen Russell jewels. For makeup, she put on a dramatic, smokey eye and glossy salmon-colored lips.

Her hairstylist, Ryan Trygstad, kept her hairstyle simple yet glamorous, styling her signature blonde locks into a wavy side part.

In an exclusive look at the show for PEOPLE, Consuelos and Ripa addressed several iconic films, including There’s something about Mary, Basic instinct, A few good people, princess bride, Dirty Dancing and Barbie.

Speaking of the parodies, Consuelos tells PEOPLE, “We always have the most fun putting these packages together. It’s our chance to live out our fantasies on the big screen and have a few laughs with these movies we love so much.”

“It’s really funny, because we’re working hard to get it right,” Ripa added. “For example, we strive to make our deliveries as accurate as possible, but we work in accordance with our own respect for ourselves and ours Live show within the written script of the film. So that makes it very crazy and wacky.”
