The multi-talented Kelly Ripa is taking the entertainment world by storm with not just one, but two releases this week.
The 52-year-old powerhouse hinted at a new chapter in her career while also teasing fans about her future plans to retire from the iconic morning show, Living with Kelly and Mark.
Kelly, who has been a prominent figure on the show since 2001, stoked the fire of anticipation on Sunday when she took to social media to remind her fans of the imminent release of her memoir.
Having achieved recognition at Live Wire: Long-form short stories hitting shelves in September 2022, announced the long-awaited paperback version of the New York Times bestseller.
She posted a tantalizing glimpse of the book’s cover on her Instagram Story, showing her in a chic black blouse and floaty pink skirt. The headline on her post read, “New Paperback in 2 Days! Instant New York Times Bestseller. Order Now!”

But that is not all. On the same day, Kelly gave her followers a sneak peek at another exciting venture – her Generation Gap show.
In the joint trailer for the upcoming episode, fans learned that not only will they get another exciting round of fun, but it will also be the season finale.

This flurry of activity and recent promotions of ventures outside of Live have reignited speculation about Kelly’s retirement plans.

In a candid interview with Purist magazine, she opened up about thinking about the end of her involvement in the show. “I don’t intend to work at this job for the rest of my life,” Kelly said.
She added: “I talk about retirement with great interest, but at the moment I’m very happy, especially working with Mark.”

It’s no secret that Kelly’s husband Mark Consuelos, who also shares the screen with her as a co-host, plays a significant role in her life. Their relationship, which has stood the test of time, is often the subject of touching debates.
