Kendra Wilkinson Says She’s Quitting Real Estate to Focus on Her Mental Health

Kendra Wilkinson is giving up her current career.

The Kendra sells Hollywood The 38-year-old star revealed she is leaving her real estate job to focus on her mental health and children in an Instagram post shared on May 21.

“My relationship with real estate has come to an end at this time and I am moving on to new projects,” Wilkinson wrote in the caption.

“I am blessed and grateful for all the support and mentoring I have received. Real estate is tough stuff and I may come back to it again. For now, it’s a bit stressful in my life, so I’m focusing on myself and the children and I’ll recover my mental health again so that I have the strength to go back to it with a healthy head,” she continued and added: “I love you and thank you guys 😊”

The former Playboy model starred in MAX Kendra sells Hollywoodin which viewers watched her try to make a name for herself in the high-stakes world of luxury real estate in Los Angeles.

The series also followed the mom of two as she tried to balance her career, dealing with high tensions between her fellow agents at Douglas Elliman and caring for her children. (Wilkinson has a daughter, Alijah, 9, and a son, Hank IV, 14, with her ex-husband, ex-NFLer Hank Baskett.)

The series was announced in July 2021, and premiered in November of that year. In January 2024, she confirmed to PEOPLE that the show had not been renewed for a third season.

In June 2020, Wilkinson shared with fans that she passed her real estate exam, just two weeks after celebrating her 35th birthday.

“What I’ve been working on during quarantine finally paid off by passing my real estate exam in California on the first try,” she posted on Instagram at the time, before thanking her children, son Hank IV, 11, and daughter Alijah Mary , 7, for their support.

“I was so nervous that I couldn’t sleep for a minute, but I made it and now I can breathe and celebrate my hard work,” she added.

The TV personality has already starred in Kendra on top and girls next door, which was set in the Playboy Mansion.

She continued: “It was so scary for me to go through that. I wasn’t focusing on myself or my mental health. I was a single mother here, and now I’ve been alone for years. But it’s also easy to feel like the world is crumbling before you. I was trying to fight it myself. I tried to heal it myself, and you can’t do it. I isolated myself, hid, blamed myself, blamed the world. I was spinning out of control and I felt like I wasn’t strong enough to survive.”
