Involved in the murder of Sidhu Moosewala
On June 9, 2022, Keshav was arrested from Bathinda after his bike was found in Dabwali. The police detained the shop owner, who asked Keshav to park the bike in front of his shop. After interrogation, the police revealed that he came to park the bicycle on May 29, 2022, and did not come to pick it up for many days after that. Keshav is accused of supplying weapons to Sidhu Muswara’s killers. Police reports say that before the murder, he was seen with Sandeep Singh, alias Kekeda, taking selfies with the singer. On May 29, 2022, Sandeep Singh also helped Keshav conduct a survey of Muswala’s home and nearby areas.

- He was reportedly a drug addict.
- During interviews, his mother and sister told police they last saw Keshav on May 24, 2022. Before leaving home, he told them that he was going to Chandigarh to do some work and later, they heard that his name Mushwara was murdered.
- He is also facing trial in 2020 for the murder of Lalit of Parasram Nagar, who was shot dead near the Bathinda Improvement Trust office. According to sources, he was lodged in Ferozepur jail where he came in contact with another gangster Manpreet Singh alias Manna.
- Before arresting him, police arrested his sister and said they would return her only after police found Keshav.
