As a team, we have helped grant the wishes of over 7,000 children through corporate funding. This is the highest goal that Bhumi has ever achieved. “
She further added,
Today, I consider myself a confident person who has successfully overcome my fear of taking risks and has become a person who is curious and learns as much as I can about things. Not to mention all the people who made my trip in Pumi wonderful. “
In 2021, Khatija Rahman started working as a freelance project consultant at Kathir Social Ventures, an organization dedicated to supporting women affected by various social causes in building skills and helping them make and sell products. In the same year, she also started working as a Program Director at Sethu Foundation (Freelance), a Goa-based charitable trust that helps children achieve the best in life as they grow and develop. Khatija Rahman has been a trustee and director of AR Rahman Foundation since 2016. The Foundation works to create a vibrant global forum that bridges differences across race, caste, class and communities.
