Khloé Kardashian was so struck by how much her son looks like Rob Kardashian that she made her ex Tristan Thompson confirm he was the father — several times.
While appearing on SHE MD podcast on Tuesday, May 7, Khloé, 39, spoke with hosts Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney about welcoming her son Tatum via surrogate last July, saying she was surprised to realize how much her son looks like her brother Rob , 37.
“And my son looks just like… just like my brother to me,” the mother of two says in the podcast. “And my brother is one of my favorite people. I’m telling you, my dad is… My dad passed away, and my son is like… My son is a year and a half old, and he’s sarcastic. And my dad had a really dry, silly, just crazy sense of humor.”

“And there’s a hint of my dad in Tatum. And I’m like, ‘This is so freaking weird.’ But that’s how God works and I love it,” she adds.
Continuing, Khloé agrees with Dr. Aliabadi that her son looks more like Rob than her, nothing that “because [Tatum] whether it was an IVF baby or a surrogate baby, I said, ‘Rob, have you ever donated sperm anywhere?’ I had Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum, he was so offended.”
“And I’m like, ‘But he doesn’t look like…'” Khloé says, trailing off. “This could happen to be my brother,” Haney jumps in, speaking for the mom of two.
“In this family, it wouldn’t surprise me, but it would be so gross,” Khloé adds jokingly.

This isn’t the first time Khloé has noticed how much her son looks like Rob. In a fan edit shared on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, April 28, the mom of two posed with brother Rob on one side of the photo, while her kids True and Tatum posed on the other.
Khloé had her arm around her little brother in a black and white combo on the left, holding a stuffed animal in her other hand. On the right, True held her brother Tatum in the same manner, while both children looked directly into the camera.
