Khloé Kardashian Thought She Was 'the Hottest Thing’ When She Was 'Bigger' — but Still Would've Taken Ozempic

Khloé Kardashian looks back on her fitness journey, sharing that she would have taken Ozempic ten years ago — even though her body image was better when she was “bigger.”

“Looking back, when I was bigger, I thought I was the hottest in the world. I had a lot more confidence the bigger I was, which is crazy,” said the 40-year-old co-founder of Good American Stare.

“The fitter I get, the more insecure I can become because I’m so hard on myself,” she shared. “It’s a vicious circle from which there is no exit.”

As she told the publication, “When I started losing weight, I got the same thing. I was fat-shamed every day when I was bigger, and then when I lost weight, people said, ‘How dare you, you’re so insecure, you’re following society.’ And I’m like, ‘OK, you guys are so confusing!’ ”

“I realized that you will never make everyone happy. I have to do what’s best for me,” Khloé shared. “It’s a journey and a constant struggle, at least for me.”

The reality star said her weight loss journey began when she split from ex-husband Lamar Odom in 2013, sharing that she felt “safest” at the gym.

“I’ve tried all the weight loss fads except the one that really works, and that’s a lifestyle change,” the reality star said.

She has been dedicated to fitness “for more than 10 years and I love it. For the past three years, people have been saying, ‘You must have had surgery because you just lost weight.’ I said, ‘It’s been a 10-year journey! What are you talking about?’ ”

“But even if people have surgery or [get on] Ozempic madness, I’m like, ‘Who cares!’ As long as people feel good about themselves, who am I to judge? I think it’s ridiculous to be judgmental about it,” she said Stare — and then joked, “I’m just mad [Ozempic] it wasn’t about 10 years ago.”
