Kiana Tom began her career in 1988 as a cast member of the syndicated show BodyShaping. In 1995, she launched her own program, Kiana’s Flex Appeal, after working with her team. Kiana has taught numerous exercises, gym workouts and aqua flex workouts throughout the curriculum. Furthermore, the program ran for nearly six years, ending in 2001. Following the popularity of Kiana’s Flex Appeal, ESPN added more popular programs to its lineup, including Kiana’s Too Fit 2 Quit, Summer Sizzle with Kiana, and Hot Summer Nights with Kiana.
