Kiernan Shipka Wraps Herself in ‘Bows’ in Celebration of Her 24th Birthday

Kiernan Shipka is a gift for her birthday!

On Friday, A wild flower the actress celebrated her 24th birthday in a cheeky way.

“I got a bow for my birthday,” Shipka captioned an Instagram post of herself posing for a mirror selfie in panties and a powder pink lace bra with a big bow in the middle.

She smiled subtly as she looked at her phone and took a picture.

“😍😍😍😍 birthday twin,” Diplo, who also shares the same special day, wrote in the comments section.

The Crazy people alum shared fan account photos from her younger years on the drama series on her Instagram stories. One photo was a screenshot of her as little Sally Draper begging her father Don Draper (played by Jon Hamm) to “Wake Up” because it’s her birthday.

When Shipka turned 20, she celebrated with a party, and 52-year-old Hamm joined in the celebration.

“Daddy showed up!!!” she captioned a black-and-white photo booth selfie of the two of them in 2019.

Then January Jones, who played family matriarch Betty Draper in the series, announced on Instagram that she would not be able to attend the party, but sent her love to Shipka.

“I’m missing this birthday party tonight 😢,” she captioned a picture of the two. “I’m so proud of you @kiernanshipka I feel somewhat responsible for you little one. You have become so successful in life and in this stupid world we call business. I couldn’t have asked for a better daughter/partner in crime on screen. I’ve known you since you were 6 years old! Happy 20th!!! Love mom 😉.”

Another big role for Shipka that followed was Sabrina Spellman in the Netflix movie The Creepy Adventures of Sabrina.

The 2018 edition was based on the late 90s Sabrina the teenage witch with Melissa Joan Hart as the magical lead. Shipka’s remake, however, was much darker.

On her character’s 16th birthday, the half-witch-half-mortal was forced to “choose between the path of light and the path of night,” according to Netflix’s YouTube account, which added that it’s an original series from the creators Riverdale.

After her series ended in 2020, Shipka reprized the role of Sabrina one last time with a trip to Riverdale.

“We’ve been talking about Sabrina visiting Riverdale since season one, so it’s exciting that it’s finally happening, as part of our Rivervale special event,” executive producer and creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa told PEOPLE in October 2021. “It’s also perfect that she showed up to help Cheryl Blossom in her time of greatest need.”

“Everyone on the set lost their minds,” he added. – I think the fans will too.

In Shipka’s latest project, she travels to the ’80s as Jamie Hughes for a time-hopping horror comedy Totally killer. In the film, she tries to stop the “Sweet Sixteen Killer,” who killed three of her mother’s friends 35 years ago.
