King Charles’ Cancer Has Been ‘Caught Early’ Says British Prime Minister

King Charles’ cancer was detected early, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak says.

On Tuesday, Sunak, 43, spoke about King’s cancer diagnosis when he appeared on BBC Radio 5 Live.

“Obviously, like everyone else, shocked and saddened, and all our thoughts are with him and his family. Fortunately, this was caught early,” Sunak said, adding that he hoped the king, 75, “will get the treatment he needs and make a full recovery.”

“That’s what we’re all hoping and praying for, and of course I’m in regular contact with him and I’ll continue to communicate with him normally,” he continued.
