On Friday, the mother of four, 44, shared the first photos of the couple’s newborn son, 7-week-old Rocky Thirteen.
Dressed in black, the couple cuddles with their child, first in a group photo and later in individual photos, which also show the founder of Lemme breastfeeding her baby boy, captioning the joint post “ROCKY 🖤”.
Kardashian Barker is also mother to daughter Penelope Scotland, 11, and sons Reign Aston, 8, and Mason Dash, 13, with ex Scott Disick.
Barker shares daughter Alabama Luella and son Landon (19) and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya (24) with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

According to a birth certificate obtained by PEOPLE, the Lemme co-founder and Blink-182 drummer, 48, named their son Rocky Thirteen Barker. The couple’s son was born on Wednesday, November 1, at a Los Angeles hospital.
While appearing in an episode of the series One Life One Chance with Toby Morse podcast released on Halloween, Barker opened up about his wife’s pregnancy and then seemingly revealed his son’s name and due date.
Asked if there would one day be another album by Transplants, the band Barker joined in 2002, the famed drummer revealed that they had almost intended to do a benefit concert, but there was an important event that got in the way of the timing.
“There’s a benefit for Hawaii that we were going to do, but Rocky is in the week,” Barker said.
“Rocky Thirteen Barker,” said host Toby Morse as the drummer repeated, “Rocky Thirteen Barker.”

In July, Barker teased that his future son might be named “Rocky 13” while talking to his daughter Alabama in an interview with GOAT Talk Complex.
For the final question, Barker took a card that asked “GOAT baby name?”
Alabama was quick to respond and share her penchant for luxury watch brands. “Audemars, Milan, freaking Patek,” she told her dad, giggling.
“I like Rocky 13,” Barker replied.
“That’s so bad!” Alabama laughed.
“That name has been on my mind lately,” Barker continued.
Thirteen shares another milestone in the boys’ lives, as Rocky is the thirteenth grandchild to join the larger Kardashian family. Khloé Kardashian mentioned the fact in her TikTok post from her baby’s bath, calling the little one “lucky number 13.”
