On Friday night, The Kardashians star (44) shared a photo of her breast pump in action.
In the picture, she appeared to be attached to a machine, but only showed a fraction of one of the suctions as she sat cross-legged while pumping in her leopard-print pyjamas.
Along with the video, she wrote: “But first…”

Since welcoming two-month-old son Rocky Thirteen with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, on Nov. 1, the Poosh founder has given her followers a few glimpses into her life with the newborn.
In December, she shared an Instagram Story highlighting some of the foods she ate while breastfeeding Rocky, which she said were “good for supporting an optimal breast milk supply.”
Kardashian’s snacks included two bowls, one of walnuts and one of dried mulberries, and a cup of steamed coconut milk.

Later that month, she shared a “7 weeks postpartum” update post, writing, “first day at the gym 30 minutes walking 3.0 12.0 incline easy.”
“No rush, no pressure, moms, your body is recovering, it’s not a race,” she added via the post, a video of herself walking on a treadmill.
The reality star recently revealed what she packed in her hospital birth bags in preparation for Rocky’s birth.
In a detailed blog post for her lifestyle brand, Poosh, Kardashian said she organized her belongings into three bags for the milestone: “One for her, one for the baby and one for extra sundries like blankets, pillows and cameras.”

Rocky’s items included a personalized wash bag with “Baby Barker” embroidered on it, a skull-print blanket and a homecoming outfit picked out by his older sister, Penelope, 11. (Kardashian shares Penelope, as well as sons Mason, 14, and Reign , 9, with ex Scott Disick.)

In her own bag, the star packed “plenty of high-waisted postpartum underwear” to “help your organs move back into place,” as well as Mermaid tea “to help milk production.”

Not long after Barker, 48, and Kardashian — who wed in 2022 — welcomed Rocky, a source told PEOPLE that the reality star was “excited about her son’s arrival.”
“Her pregnancy was stressful towards the end. She’s happy to be able to cuddle her baby boy now,” an insider said at the time, adding that Kardashian “feels so blessed.”
The source also told PEOPLE that Travis has been “amazing” and that Kardashian has been bringing her “favorite, healthy foods” while she was in the hospital. “He makes sure she has everything she needs,” the insider added. “He’s obsessed with their baby boy.”

Rocky is the latest addition to the star’s blended family, which includes not only Mason, Reign and Penelope, but also Travis’ daughter Alabama, 18, son Landon, 19, and stepdaughter Ariana De La Hoya, 24, who he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
