Kourtney Kardashian Barker shares one element of party planning she loves to be a part of — even when the bash is a surprise for her!

The 44-year-old celebrated the imminent arrival of her baby boy – who she’s expecting with husband Travis Barker – with a vintage Disney-style baby shower thrown for her by mum Kris and sisters Kim, Khloé, Kylie and Kendall. “I wanted to make sure we had all of Kourtney’s favorite foods,” Kris, 67, told Poosh. “She ate her Mickey Mouse pretzels and her churros and Mickey Mouse waffles for a snack. It was really a dream come true.”
