Kourtney Kardashian Shares ‘Optimal Breast Milk Supply’ Snacks After Welcoming Son Rocky in November

Kourtney Kardashian Barker offers insight into life with a newborn.

In a post she shared on her Instagram Story on Sunday, the Poosh founder, 44, revealed what she eats while breastfeeding her son Rocky, who she welcomed into the world last month.

Alongside a picture of a tray with a festive cup and saucer and white ramekins, Kardashian Barker wrote, “a snack that’s good for supporting optimal breast milk supply.”

Her snacks included nuts, dried mulberries and hot coconut milk.

Kourtney welcomed Rocky – who goes by the middle name Thirteen – on November 1 with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker.

“I have never used formula,” she added.

Khloé went on to admit that breastfeeding “didn’t feel safe” for her and that she didn’t really leave the house while trying to breastfeed her daughter, True, who is now 5.

“I was definitely comfortable breastfeeding in front of anyone,” her sister replied.

“I would answer the room service [wearing a breast] pump yourself up and say, ‘Hey, just leave the food,'” Kourtney added with a laugh.

Kourtney is also mother to daughter Penelope (11) and sons Reign (8) and Mason (13) with ex Scott Disick, while Travis (48) has daughter Alabama (17) and son Landon (19) and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 24. , with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
